We can offer suggestions regarding nutrition, stretching, home therapies, self-massage, or relaxation techniques, all of which complement progress made during your sessions. We will also provide referrals to other healthcare practitioners if that better serves you.

Foothills Therapeutics provides a variety of services, including Therapeutic Massage (including Trigger Point Therapy and Deep Tissue), Reiki, Swedish, Prenatal, Zero Balancing, Essential Oils, Hot Stone Massage, and Craniosacral Therapy.  We also offer Intuitive Readings that can be combined with Energy Healing, which gives you information and healing at the level of spirit.
