I specialize in helping you recover from your musculoskeletal injuries if you’ve been in a car accident, or some other accident.  Whiplash, back and shoulder injuries of various kinds are the most common result of accidents, and I’m an expert in this arena!  Usually, emotional trauma and stress are accident after-effects, as well, and massage therapy is a proven and effective modality to address all these issues.

At Mountain Light Massage, I care about more than just giving you a great session. While therapeutic massage and energy healing are the tools I use, my objective is to help you achieve health and balance in all areas of your life: mind, body, and spirit.  I’m here to forge an alliance with you; providing support, guidance and encouragement in your journey to greater well being.
As an experienced practitioner, I can help you in evaluating your overall lifestyle, perhaps from a new perspective.  This often leads to important insights and a new synthesizing of information within yourself that helps you take your next crucial steps in your own growth process.

It is important to understand how daily routines and activities impact health, and in the case of illness or injury, one’s recovery. I can offer suggestions regarding nutrition, stretching, home therapies, self-massage, or relaxation techniques, all of which complement progress made during your sessions. I’ll also provide referrals to other healthcare practitioners if that better serves you.  My convenient location serves Lafayette, Erie, Louisville, Broomfield, Superior, Westminster, Longmont, Boulder and other nearby Colorado cities.
